We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services. Refunds are not applicable for domain registrations, SSL certificates, or add-ons unless otherwise stated. To cancel a service, you must submit a request through our Support Portal.

You retain ownership of the content you host, but you must ensure that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or illegal.
7. Service Uptime & Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for any disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure events.

Go Hostingo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing cycle.
